1. Local processing and networked features

Many NexaTools features process data in your browser, while others require network requests. URL shortening, encrypted file sharing, Google Drive uploads, AI batch planning, temporary email, code compilation, peer signaling, and external package or domain lookups send inputs to NexaTools endpoints or third-party providers. Consult the Privacy Policy for specific data flows.

2. Accuracy and no professional advice

Calculations, conversions, formatted code, file transformations, IP or domain lookups, package links, and generated scripts may contain errors or be unsuitable for your specific environment. Outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, or certified security advice. Independently test and verify results before relying on them in production or critical workflows.

3. Backups and encryption key loss

NexaTools is not an archival or backup service. Maintain independent copies of your original files. For NexaShare, the decryption key is contained in the URL fragment; for NexaVault, you must safeguard the exported encryption key. If a key or share link is lost, encrypted data cannot be recovered by NexaTools.

4. Security and availability

While we apply standard technical safeguards, no software, browser environment, network connection, or cloud host can be guaranteed error-free or uninterrupted. Use the utilities at your own discretion and do not rely on them as your sole copy or security control.

5. Third-party providers and trademarks

Certain tools interact with Google, Cloudflare, Microsoft, GitHub, Steam, Mail.tm, Compiler Explorer, and other third-party services. Their availability and terms are governed by their respective operators. All product names, logos, and trademarks referenced in tools belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third-party product or store does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

6. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexaTools is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, NexaTools and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
